About Runfix
Runfix has been founded by Natasha Gale (specialist running physio).
Having worked in the running and physiotherapy industry for many years, I noticed a significant gap in the market; accessible education which is self directed injury management for runners. I aim to provide professional support to all runners using evidence based practice.
To address this, I created a platform and community that serves as a rehab and educational hub. This resource empowers runners to take control of their recovery and performance, bridging the gap between professional care and affordability. However, I am not just targeting the injured runner and have lots of different resources to help you stay injury free and boost your performance.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Natasha Gale
I graduated from Brighton University with a 1st degree in Physiotherapy. Since graduation, I have specialised in MSK (musculoskeletal) physio, running injuries and orthopaedics (post surgery). I have comprehensive experience of treating NHS and private patients, as well as amateur to high level athletes over many years. This has allowed me to develop the skills to treat a diverse range of injuries. I am the main instructor for the RunFix Pilates For Runners with APPI Matwork level 3.
I am currently based in central London working in private practice. I also run an online education page for runners (@GalePhysio – Instagram & TikTok) providing tools for managing and preventing injuries boosting your running performance. My goal is to create a platform and community that empowers runners to take control of their recovery and performance.
I take a holistic approach when assessing my patients, and offer treatments which are evidence based, including active rehabilitation, using my knowledge in biomechanics, strength and conditioning to retrain movement patterns and improve function. I have a special interest in gait analysis and return to running. I understand the importance of education to facilitate the successful management of an injury.
I’m a keen runner myself and understand both the beneficial physical and mental affects running can have on an individual. I understand the injury process and how important it is to return back to activity both quickly and safely as it is indicated to do so.
